Long Lean & Mean Fitness offers an inclusive, comfortable and modern studio. You can expect to work hard, but feel good doing it here. Owner, Juanita Wyatt started her journey with Pilates over 10years ago. After suffering a debilitating back injury and exhausting medical resources Juanita was told that some people had had success with Pilates in recovering from such injuries. After realizing that Pilates was not an amazing hot caffeinated beverage with whipped cream, she decided to attend her first class of Pilates. Skeptical at first, she committed to ten classes and thankfully paid for them prior, as she wanted to walk out of the first 3!
But after her 7th class she got up and put her boots on and walked her rambunctious dog without pain for the first time in 18 months. Pilates has the ability to change lives. Whether you are recovering from an accident, striving to be more active, looking for an inclusive option or need an outlet; Long, Lean & Mean Fitness recognizes each person is an individual on their own path.
