How Do YOU Make Time?
One of the biggest reasons people give us for not exercising is: "I want to, but I just don't have the time!"
Now that is definitely something to think about. How do you make time? What do you make time for? Thing is, as humans, we have more time than anything else! It's so very easy to fall into the habit of confusing "I don't want to" with "I don't have time"
Whether you are a spontaneous person, or a meticulous planner, finding the time for workout is important. What it really boils down to is; you need to make time, not "find" it.
The world is hectic, and busy. We put things off when we "don't have time" because it's easier than getting our $#%@ together. The truth of the matter is that there will NEVER be MORE time, unless you decide there is! If this means setting a schedule, do it. If this means moving things around, do it. You are the only person who can make time for you, so do yourself a favour and do it!
