TWO THOUGHTS

At Long, Lean and Mean Fitness we want you entering the studio with two thoughts. The first is to have fun – enjoy the space and enjoy the experience. There is no pressure to be super human.

Secondly, we want you to think about yourself. You may have a lot going on outside the studio; family, work, commitments. This is a special time to think about yourself and spend quality time focusing on you. We’ll make sure to challenge you and you’re going to feel great when you leave!

WHAT TO WEAR

It’s not a fashion show but we do want you comfortable. Try wearing clothes that are easy to move around in. Clean indoor shoes are required for some classes, so make sure you bring them just in case.

WHAT TO BRING

If you’re crushing it then you’ll be thirsty. We highly suggest bringing a water bottle.
